Warranty, Return & Privacy Policy
FlowLux Warranty
FlowLux warrants each product against defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period specified in the individual product listing, beginning on the date of purchase. In the event of a covered defect or failure, FlowLux will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement or full refund upon the return of the defective product in its original condition. This warranty is non-transferable, applies to the original purchaser only, and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within the applicable warranty window for defective products only. All returns require prior authorization — contact support@flowlux.co with your order details to initiate a return. Returned products must be in original packaging and unused condition. Custom installations, opened bidet attachments, and special-order items are non-returnable unless covered under warranty.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
