1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Nature of Business — Reseller Disclosure

FlowLux is an independent retail reseller. FlowLux does not manufacture, engineer, design, or produce any of the products listed on this website. All products are sourced from third-party suppliers and manufacturers and are resold as-is. FlowLux makes no representations regarding the identity of the original manufacturer. Product names, collection names, and branding used on this website are exclusive to FlowLux's retail presentation and do not imply original manufacturing or proprietary production.

3. Product Liability Limitation

As an independent reseller, FlowLux expressly disclaims all liability for any injury, property damage, loss, or harm arising from the use, misuse, installation, or malfunction of any product purchased through this website. The original manufacturer bears sole responsibility for product design, safety, and engineering. FlowLux's maximum liability in any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

4. No Warranties Beyond Stated Policy

All products are sold "as is" except where a specific product warranty is stated in the individual product listing. FlowLux makes no implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement beyond what is expressly stated. Warranty periods are specified per product and begin on the date of purchase.

5. Installation Disclaimer

FlowLux is not responsible for any damage, injury, flooding, water damage, electrical damage, or structural damage resulting from improper installation of any product. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure products are installed by a licensed and qualified plumber or electrician where required by local code. FlowLux's delivery and installation service, where offered, is provided by independent contractors. FlowLux is not liable for the acts or omissions of any third-party installation contractors.

6. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on the FlowLux website are listed in US dollars. FlowLux does not collect or remit sales tax at the point of sale on this website. Customers are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any applicable state, local, or federal tax obligations that may arise from their purchase, including but not limited to use tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

All FlowLux branding, collection names, product names, website content, photography, and copy are the intellectual property of FlowLux and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without express written consent.

8. Reviews & Testimonials Disclosure

Customer reviews, ratings, and testimonials displayed on this website — including any "5 Star" review counts referenced throughout the FlowLux site — originate from the original manufacturer and factory from which FlowLux sources its products. These are real reviews from real customers who purchased the same products from the exact brand and factory that FlowLux retails through. The reviews are not exclusively from purchases made directly through the FlowLux website. FlowLux displays these reviews in good faith as representative of the quality and customer satisfaction associated with the products we resell.

For the privacy and security of the original reviewers, the names displayed alongside each review on the FlowLux website are not the reviewers' real names. The star ratings, the products purchased, and the wording of each review are 100% authentic and were written by real people who purchased the same products that FlowLux sells from the same factory. Only the names have been changed to protect reviewer privacy.

Estimates & Statistical Disclaimer. Any and all numerical figures displayed anywhere on the FlowLux website — including but not limited to total order counts, 5-star review totals, average star ratings, "Clients" counts, "Deliveries" counts, "Google Reviews" counts, "Years in business" figures, "Businesses and Hotels served" counts, and any other quantitative claim referencing reviews, orders, customers, or performance — are presented as estimates only. These figures are aggregated, approximated, and rounded for marketing and presentation purposes. Source of Reviews. All reviews, ratings, and any numbers shown on the FlowLux website are drawn from the original factories, manufacturers, and parent product brands from whom FlowLux sources, purchases, imports, and resells the physical products. These reviews and figures are not necessarily — and in most cases are not — generated from purchases made directly on flowlux.co. However, the reviews and numbers do pertain to the exact same physical products that FlowLux retails, because FlowLux sells the very same units produced by those factories and manufacturers. In short: the reviews are real and the products are the same, but the point of purchase that generated the original review may have been a different storefront, marketplace, distributor, factory direct channel, or affiliated retailer rather than the FlowLux website itself.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or any purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial and waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit against FlowLux.

FlowLux reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
